Guidelines for Authors

Thank you for your interest in contributing your time and knowledge to writing an article for us. For your convenience, this short guide provides an overview of how to prepare and submit an article for publication on the official website of the International Business Standards Organization.


Please read and follow these instructions carefully to make the publication of your material more rapid and successful.


First of all, we publish only unique, thematic English language articles that may be useful and interesting for our international business audience. All submitted articles must be unique, original works that are not under consideration for publication elsewhere and that have not been previously published. Articles submitted should be approximately 400 to 1,200 words in length.


Articles must be submitted in Word document format (please do not include the article in the body of your message or email). We will publish only two photos, no larger than 400px wide each, per article; attach images to your email in GIF or JPG formats at around 72 dpi.


Please note that we cannot publish copyrighted material without permission of the owner; as such, photos from third-party websites cannot be used. Content should have no more than three backlinks in total to related informational websites.


The article must be edited (already proofread) to be free of any grammatical or spelling mistakes.


The submitted article should not contain advertising content. We do not accept articles announcing events or promoting commercial organizations or individuals.


Every article must be accompanied by a digital headshot photo of its author with a short biography (up to 50 words) that includes the author’s bio, name and contact information. Please type this information exactly as you would like it to appear on our site.

You retain all rights to your article and will be free to republish it anywhere you want. However, we request that www.standardizations.org always be hyperlinked and attributed as the original article publisher.


Please submit only one article at a time for consideration by emailing it to articles@standardizations.org (if you have more than one, submit them separately).


A brief note should accompany the email article, briefly stating an outline of the content of the article. The article title, author’s name and a return email address are also required.


Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we are unable to individually discuss all articles that are sent for review. However, if your article is accepted for publication, we will publish it on our website and will send you an email with the URL of the published article.


Please be patient: it may take anywhere from several hours to several days for your article to be reviewed. Please note that we reserve the right to shorten, alter or omit any material submitted for publication.
